We hold exclusive or authorized dealerships with Schüco, Reynaers, ROKA, Secco Sistemi, Forster, Cortizo, and Weather Shield. Our installation crews train at European factories. And we maintain a permanent showroom in North York where clients experience these systems full-scale before committing.

Located at 126 Tycos Drive, Unit 5 in North York, our showroom is unlike any fenestration space in Canada. Rather than displaying catalogue samples behind glass, we install full-size operating window and door systems that visitors can open, close, tilt, turn, lift, and slide — experiencing the precision engineering firsthand. You will operate a Schüco AWS 90 tilt-and-turn window, push open a 400 kg ROKA pivot door, and watch a Reynaers MasterPatio panel glide effortlessly on its track.
Our collection spans nine European and North American manufacturers, each selected for a specific niche: Schüco and Reynaers for thermally broken aluminum, Secco Sistemi and Forster for minimalist steel profiles, Cortizo for corrosion-resistant coastal applications, Weather Shield for wood-clad warmth, and Arte Veneziana for hand-crafted Italian decorative glass.
As the exclusive Canadian dealer for ROKA bespoke pivot doors, we offer entrance systems that no other company in this country can supply — doors clad in natural stone, ceramic tile, liquid metal, or glass, manufactured to the millimetre for your specific opening.
Every product we install carries the manufacturer's full warranty, backed by our own workmanship guarantee. A visionary entrepreneur with 28+ years in the Canadian construction sector, Norm conceived Opulence after recognizing that Toronto's most discerning homeowners lacked access to the European fenestration brands that define luxury globally. He personally established relationships with manufacturers across Germany, Belgium, Italy, and Spain.
Joseph Gerofsky
Director of Operations
Joseph orchestrates the logistics behind every Opulence project — from coordinating transatlantic shipments of ROKA pivot doors to scheduling multi-phase installations on active construction sites. His operational precision keeps complex timelines on track across the GTA.
